great central spot for city explorations and park strolls
During my recent stay, I loved how easy it was to reach Westminster Ponds, just a quick 2.5 km walk away, and how close we were to Rowntree Park, perfect for leisurely weekend strolls with beautiful views.

I had a real good stay at this great budget hotel. Unbeatable location by staff at the reception area, and the rooms were modern and good-sized. The private bathroom. Location: the property was adjacent to 401, car wash, Chunky's roadhouse, gas, shopping, Tim Hortons, and shopping centre and restaurants. I was happy to find Southside Grill, it was within easy walking distance of the hotel and served nice food.
The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The room I stayed in was modern and brand-new. Continental breakfast except for the coffee and all the food was nice...

Comfortable king-sized beds and solid hot water pressure in the shower provided a decent way to refresh after adventuring. The convenience of nearby dining options made it easy to grab a bite without straying too far from the hotel.
On the downside, the room had a lingering smell that hinted at previous guests who may have been smokers, despite the claim of being a non-smoking facility. Cleanliness also fell short. I found several burn holes in sheets, and the awkward placement of the sink right by the door felt poorly thought out. I noticed a cracked window and a small television that seemed outdated. The lack of secure entry meant anyone could walk in uninvited, unsettling .

Everything was great and appreciated my stay there. The double room was cheap in coffee maker. Pleasant and attentive staff suggested restaurants. The location turned out to be decent, so close to gas as well as London. Westminster district was worth visiting.

The sink was right inside the hotel room instead of in that washroom. Breakfast was good but needs some yogurt and fresh fruit for those that do not eat wheat.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
I gotta say, the front desk guy, Kumar, really took care of us. He switched our room when the first one smelled like old smoke without a hitch.

It was cheaper than other hotels in the area.
It was dingy and not at all attractive

A Pleasant Surprise!
I was nervous after reading earlier reviews but found the room clean and cute upon arrival. The staff's warm reception was comforting, especially after a long journey. Proximity to the hospital made it convenient. Pro tip, enjoy a bite at the nearby café for a quick meal!
